Booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
3. Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers must carry valid government-issued identification and follow all instructions provided by trip leaders.
4. Itinerary Changes
The company reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, government restrictions, or safety concerns.
5. Health & Fitness
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for the selected trip.
6. Liability
Nomadic Tribe Adventures shall not be held responsible for losses, injuries, delays, or damages caused by circumstances beyond its control.
7. Acceptance

Cancellation & Refund Policy
More Than 30 Days Before Departure
Cancellation Charges: 0% of total trip cost.
15–30 Days Before Departure
Cancellation Charges: 50% of total trip cost.
7–14 Days Before Departure
Cancellation Charges: 75% of total trip cost.
Less Than 7 Days Before Departure
No Refund.
No Show
No Refund.
Refund Timeline
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
Special Cases
In case of natural calamities, road closures, government restrictions, or force majeure events, refunds shall be subject to supplier policies and operational costs incurred.

In such situations, alternative arrangements may be offered wherever possible. Any refunds shall be subject to actual recoveries from vendors and operational costs already incurred.

Adventure activities are optional and conducted at the participant's own risk.
High-altitude destinations may involve the risk of Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS).

Can I transfer my booking to someone else?
Yes, booking transfers may be permitted subject to prior approval from Nomadic Tribe Adventures and applicable charges, if any.
In rare situations where a trip is cancelled due to operational reasons, weather conditions, government restrictions, or safety concerns, travelers will be informed promptly and suitable alternatives or future travel credits may be offered as per company policy.
What if the trip is cancelled by Nomadic Tribe Adventures?
Is travel insurance included?
Travel insurance is generally not included unless explicitly stated in the package inclusions. Travelers are strongly encouraged to purchase suitable travel insurance.
